Cel ten osi\u0105gni\u0119to poprzez realizacj\u0119 nast\u0119puj\u0105cych zada\u0144 g\u0142\u00f3wnych:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Koncepcja i architektura systemu informatycznego<\/li><li>Opis procesu analizy zdj\u0119\u0107 z wykorzystaniem sieci neuronowych oraz metod optymalizacji sieci<\/li><li>Analiza i projekt publicznej aplikacji do oceny zdrowotno\u015bci zb\u00f3\u017c<\/li><li>Analiza i projekt aplikacji eksperckiej<\/li><li>Analiza i projekt modu\u0142u sztucznej sieci neuronowej (SSN)<\/li><li>Za\u0142o\u017cenia dla Centrum Informacyjnego Zdrowotno\u015bci Ro\u015blin Zbo\u017cowych<\/li><li>Zaprojektowanie i za\u0142o\u017cenie p\u00f3l i poletek do\u015bwiadczalnych z r\u00f3\u017cnymi odmianami zb\u00f3\u017c i rodzajami chor\u00f3b.<\/li><li>Projekt gromadzenia materia\u0142\u00f3w fotometrycznych do aplikacji publicznej i eksperckiej<\/li><li>Projekt bazy wzorc\u00f3w zdrowych i chorych ro\u015blin zbo\u017cowych<\/li><li>Zaprojektowanie i uruchomienie portalu informacyjnego o projekcie<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Wszystkie te zadania zosta\u0142y zrealizowane w stopniu wystarczaj\u0105cym dla prawid\u0142owego przebiegu realizacji projektu. W kolejnym etapie prac powstan\u0105 konkretne\u00a0 modele sieci neuronowych i zaplanowane aplikacje niezb\u0119dne do prowadzenia bada\u0144. Nast\u0105pi\u0142o op\u00f3\u017anienie przy zakupie serwera dla Centrum Informacyjnego Zdrowotno\u015bci Ro\u015blin Zbo\u017cowych. Obecnie trwa proces przetargu na zakup serwera kt\u00f3ry b\u0119dzie zakupiony w II etapie realizacji projektu. Jednak nie wp\u0142ynie to na zak\u0142\u00f3cenie procesu realizacji projektu, gdy\u017c pierwsze wyniki bada\u0144 powstan\u0105 w II etapie .Wszystkie poletka do\u015bwiadczalne przygotowano w planowanym terminie. Poletka do\u015bwiadczalne obj\u0119te s\u0105 planowanym nadzorem przez IHAR, \u015aODR\u00a0 i \u0141ODR. Odby\u0142y si\u0119 te\u017c pierwsze spotkania koordynacyjne konsorcjum realizuj\u0105cego projekt. Dalsze rokowania dla projektu b\u0119d\u0105 mo\u017cliwe po zrealizowaniu II I III etapu prac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Description of goals and main tasks carried out in the I stage of the project TELEDIS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first stage of the project was aimed to prepare background for studies of healthiness evaluation of selected cultivars of winter wheat and winter triticale with the use of remote detection and evaluation of diseases combined with the use of artificial neural networks. The latter goal was achieved by carrying out tasks as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Establishing of concept and architecture of information (IT) system,<\/li><li>Description of proces of analysis of photograms with the use of neural networks optimalized by special methodologies,<\/li><li>Analysis and adjustment public application of the methodology to evaluate cereal plants healthiness,<\/li><li>Analysis and application methodology proposal for experts,<\/li><li>Analysis and module (model) proposal of Artificial Neural Network (ANN),<\/li><li>Elaboration of assumptions for the Information Center of Cereal Healthiness,<\/li><li>Establishment of experimental fields and demonstration plots with various winter wheat and winter triticale cultivars affected by a variety of diseases studied in the project,<\/li><li>Establishment of basis for compilation of disease photograms for public and expert applications,<\/li><li>Establishment of data base for diseased and healthy cereal plants,<\/li><li>Establishment of information portal for the project.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>All of the above itemized tasks have been carried out satisfactorily for proper project continuation. In the next stages of the project there will be elaborated models of artificial neural networks and applications to carry out properly the project in question. There is some postponment with purchase of a computer server for the Information Center of Cereal Healthiness. The purchase of the server is presently continued and it is to be completed in the second stage of the project. The postponment of the server purchase will not adversally affect the project continuation. All cereal fields and demostration plots with the studied cereals have been established in IHAR, Agricultural Advisory Centres in Modliszewice, Bratoszewice and in farmer fields and these are currently observed for developments of diseases studied in the project. There were organized meetings of TELEDIS consortium members.
