Celem I etapu prac było przygotowanie zaplecza do prowadzenia badań zdrowotności pszenicy i pszenżyta z wykorzystaniem techniki dronowej oraz sztucznych sieci neuronowych. Cel ten osiągnięto poprzez realizację następujących zadań głównych:
- Koncepcja i architektura systemu informatycznego
- Opis procesu analizy zdjęć z wykorzystaniem sieci neuronowych oraz metod optymalizacji sieci
- Analiza i projekt publicznej aplikacji do oceny zdrowotności zbóż
- Analiza i projekt aplikacji eksperckiej
- Analiza i projekt modułu sztucznej sieci neuronowej (SSN)
- Założenia dla Centrum Informacyjnego Zdrowotności Roślin Zbożowych
- Zaprojektowanie i założenie pól i poletek doświadczalnych z różnymi odmianami zbóż i rodzajami chorób.
- Projekt gromadzenia materiałów fotometrycznych do aplikacji publicznej i eksperckiej
- Projekt bazy wzorców zdrowych i chorych roślin zbożowych
- Zaprojektowanie i uruchomienie portalu informacyjnego o projekcie
Wszystkie te zadania zostały zrealizowane w stopniu wystarczającym dla prawidłowego przebiegu realizacji projektu. W kolejnym etapie prac powstaną konkretne modele sieci neuronowych i zaplanowane aplikacje niezbędne do prowadzenia badań. Nastąpiło opóźnienie przy zakupie serwera dla Centrum Informacyjnego Zdrowotności Roślin Zbożowych. Obecnie trwa proces przetargu na zakup serwera który będzie zakupiony w II etapie realizacji projektu. Jednak nie wpłynie to na zakłócenie procesu realizacji projektu, gdyż pierwsze wyniki badań powstaną w II etapie .Wszystkie poletka doświadczalne przygotowano w planowanym terminie. Poletka doświadczalne objęte są planowanym nadzorem przez IHAR, ŚODR i ŁODR. Odbyły się też pierwsze spotkania koordynacyjne konsorcjum realizującego projekt. Dalsze rokowania dla projektu będą możliwe po zrealizowaniu II I III etapu prac.
Description of goals and main tasks carried out in the I stage of the project TELEDIS.
The first stage of the project was aimed to prepare background for studies of healthiness evaluation of selected cultivars of winter wheat and winter triticale with the use of remote detection and evaluation of diseases combined with the use of artificial neural networks. The latter goal was achieved by carrying out tasks as follows:
- Establishing of concept and architecture of information (IT) system,
- Description of proces of analysis of photograms with the use of neural networks optimalized by special methodologies,
- Analysis and adjustment public application of the methodology to evaluate cereal plants healthiness,
- Analysis and application methodology proposal for experts,
- Analysis and module (model) proposal of Artificial Neural Network (ANN),
- Elaboration of assumptions for the Information Center of Cereal Healthiness,
- Establishment of experimental fields and demonstration plots with various winter wheat and winter triticale cultivars affected by a variety of diseases studied in the project,
- Establishment of basis for compilation of disease photograms for public and expert applications,
- Establishment of data base for diseased and healthy cereal plants,
- Establishment of information portal for the project.
All of the above itemized tasks have been carried out satisfactorily for proper project continuation. In the next stages of the project there will be elaborated models of artificial neural networks and applications to carry out properly the project in question. There is some postponment with purchase of a computer server for the Information Center of Cereal Healthiness. The purchase of the server is presently continued and it is to be completed in the second stage of the project. The postponment of the server purchase will not adversally affect the project continuation. All cereal fields and demostration plots with the studied cereals have been established in IHAR, Agricultural Advisory Centres in Modliszewice, Bratoszewice and in farmer fields and these are currently observed for developments of diseases studied in the project. There were organized meetings of TELEDIS consortium members. The project is to be continued in the next stages.
